Terms & Conditons

Deposits and Payments:

1. The date of the event is considered "BOOKED" upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of the total value of the cake. 
2. The final payment of the cake is due 7 days prior to pick up.
3. If the client fails to make payment, Just Cake'N iT will cancel the order and no refund will be given.
4. Payments are made only through invoices sent by Just Cake'N iT and payments made through sent invoice is an agreement to Terms and Conditions.

Liability:

1. Just Cake'N iT is not responsible for any damage to the cake once the cake is picked up.
2. If payment is not made in full within 7 days of the event date order will be canceled with no refund of the deposit.

Fulfillment of Contract:

1.  If Just Cake'N iT has completed the cake but can't be picked up due to uncontrolled circumstances such as illness or natural disasters, the client will be refunded 50% of the total cost.
2. Once the client receives the cake, Just Cake'N iT  no longer assumes any responsibility for damages to the cake.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

1. The client must notify Just Cake'N iT if there is any change in the event date or cancellation.
2. Just Cake'N iT should be notified by the client 10 days prior to the date of the event. All money will be refunded as a credit minus the non-refundable deposit fee.
3. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs after 9 days prior to the date of the event, 0% will not be refunded as a credit unless the situation is uncontrolled by natural disaster or illness.

Changes to Order:

1. Any changes must be made by client within 7 days of the event.
2. There will be no changes allowed 6 days prior to event.

Cake Design:

1. Just Cake'N iT will follow client's request closely to create the cake desired and agreed upon during consultation and as stated on invoice.
2. Just Cake'N iT cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake designers work but will ensure the look will be similar.

Serving Sizes:

1. The serving size of slices should be cut 2 inches wide and 2 inches long.
2. Just Cake'N iT is not responsible for a shortage of cake if the pieces are cut too large.
3. Care and Cut Instructions are provided with every cake.

Allery & Dietary 

Just Cake'N iT's cake may have come in contact with the following ingredients:

• Nuts
• Gluten
• Dairy
• Soy

1. Natural and artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, sugar, artificial color, and other allergens not listed.
2. The client is responsible for notifying Just Cake'N iT of potential allergies. 
3. Just Cake'N iT assumes no responsibility for dietary and allergens, however will take all precautions possible.
4. Just Cake'N iT may use products that are "non-toxic" such as dust/decor to achieve the desired design of the cake. The product may not be approved by the FDA, but it will not harm if consumed.

Photographs:

Just Cake'N iT reserves "all rights" to use photographs of any cake and/or cakes with photos and names on the cake for marketing purposes.
